Macmillan’s Caravan Library series was first advertised in the Times Literary Supplement on¬†Mar. 29, 1928, and last advertised in the TLS on Dec. 24, 1938, when the series consisted of¬†“Some 60 Titles.” A few reprints appear through the 1940s. In all, I can find 67 titles in the series most if not all from¬†Macmillan’s back catalog.

At least two dust jacket variations exist (below); I believe the red style jacket is earlier than the green style jacket.

A 1935 reprinting (1929 first printing in series) of Sir John Fortescue’s The Story of a Red Deer is among the later reprints in the series, and the titles on the jacket differ a bit from earlier jackets. At this time it is likely that certain titles had gone out of print. The price has dropped from 3/6 on earlier jackets.
